The basis of Bayrock Group

Arif wrote an agreement for the Trump Organization 18% of the building as a condition to the Trump brand being used.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization approved the proposed deal.

In the end, the first block of SoHo, Trump SoHo was built in the year 2006.

The building's construction took two years to complete, and it was completed for the opening after two years.

The popularity of Trump SoHo led to Bayrock Group's collaboration with the Trump Organization in planning luxurious real estate developments.

To use the Trump name they wanted to build buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida.

Due to the financial crisis that profoundly affected American real estate in 2008, projects located in Arizona and Florida were not built.

Following the U.S. market changed, Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif pursued other projects in Europe and Central Asia.

Bayrock Group invested more than $2.5 million in real estate properties while it was in the United States.

Bayrock Group is not currently involved in any real estate developments in the United States.

Tevfik Ariff has resigned from his work as a member of Bayrock Group. He is, however, an acknowledged and respected advisor to the

company.
