Bayrock Group would be able to integrate the Trump Organization into this project and improve Bayrock Group as well as the Sapir Organization; Tevfik Alif could have the recognition of a brand.

Arif came up with an agreement that gave the Trump Organization 18% ownership in the building in return to the use of the Trump logo.

The agreement was approved by Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization as well as the Sapir Organization.

In the year 2006, the very first brick of SoHo was put up.

The building's construction took two-years, and it was ready to open within two years.
