Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, Bayrock Group, quickly after its creation, found itself working in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Moves from Suburbs to Manhattan
Many want to live the American dream. However, only a tiny percent of them succeed. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was just one of those who came to America in 2001 to establish the Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm working in New York City.

The firm's initial focus was on small-to-medium-sized projects, for instance, the redesign of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping mall in Brooklyn's Sheepshead neighbourhood.
