The Tevfik Arif-led real estate development firm for luxury, Bayrock Group, quickly after its establishment found itself cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

The Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company that operates within and around New York City.
The company's initial focus was on smaller-to-medium-sized projects for instance, the redesign of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping mall located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead neighborhood.
Bayrock Group, which had been successful on the American residential market, was ready to expand. The company began to search for big-scale opportunities.
The Arif-driven group began working with Sapir Organization in a new massive construction project located on Spring Street in New York City.
The growth in the company was also led Bayrock Group to relocate its headquarters to the Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.
Bayrock Group teams up with the Trump Organization
In the wake of the move Tevfik Arif and his team met the Trump Organization and also used the Trump Tower as its base.
Tevfik Arif Doyen Conversations were held with Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies discovered that they had common goals and interests.
Both companies formed a cooperation that saw the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.
The Trump Organization was at that point managed by an American ex-president Donald Trump.
E. Trump and Son was created by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump.

Trump SoHo's 46 stories featured exclusive bars and restaurants along with banquet and event rooms, open-air pools events and conference halls, a spa department Apartments and hotel suites.
Residents and visitors of Trump SoHo could enjoy an unrivalled perspective of New York City through the structure's floor-to-roof windows, which were put in place on all floors.
The three companies behind the structure were focusing on perfection, Handel Architects was entrusted with the task of designing the exterior of Trump SoHo.
Handel Architects, a respected firm with a wide portfolio, is highly regarded. Other projects include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, New York City, and the Rosewood residential hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has been responsible for designing many extravagant bars, hotels, and cafes all over the world over the years.
Their projects include their work at the Tower Hotel in Mumbai and Taj Mahal Palace in India in addition to the 93rd Academy Award show, and the Amara Hotel Limassol in Cyprus.
Bayrock Bayrock Group expands the partnership
Trump SoHo was a success immediately after which Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to increase their cooperation.
The idea was to build structures that would be located in Arizona and Florida like Trump SoHo under the same conditions as Trump SoHo. Bayrock The result would be that the Trump Organization with an 18 percent stake in the structure as a compensation to use the Trump brand name in their names. Another opportunity.
The Trump Organization and Bayrock Group had everything prepared. But the 2008 financial crisis, which severely shaken the American real-estate market put an end to their plans.
