Overview tile:
1. Sub balances is where you can see how the customer earned their PQP's
2. Merge accounts directly is where process the merging of accounts.
3. Aliases is where we can see the accounts that has been merged recently.

Accrue and redeem tile:
1. Events we can see the air and non-air activities of our customers. We can also see the miles used to upgrade or book a ticket. It is also where we can see whether they were already refunded, or miles have been redeposited back to their account.

4. Retro credit is used when a customer was not able to add their MileagePlus account to their used flights.
5. Independent adjustments is where we manually adjust the correct amount of miles that should be on their account.
6. Plus Points is where plus points are redeposited to their account if it was incorrectly deducted.
7. Donate miles is where customers can donate miles to their chosen charities. (Lead process)
8. Transfer miles is used when customers cannot transfer miles on their end. (Lead process)

History and tasks
1. Customer Contact history shows an entry every time an account is accessed.
2. Customer history is where we put our own documentation. Is also where we see the old documentations on the customer's account.

Open account is open and eligible for accrual and withdrawal activity. Status is recognized when traveling.
Open(Regularly closed)
Account has been closed due to security concerns,
Closed (Permanently closed) Account has been permanently closed. Activity will not accrue, will not be recognized, address and contact data cannot be added or changed.
Closed (Permanently closed)
Account has been permanently closed. Activity will not accrue, status will not be recognized, address and contact data cannot be added or changed.
Closed (Permanently closed - Deceased)
Account has been permanently closed due to death of member. Activity will not accrue, status will not be recognized, address and contact data cannot be added or changed.
Open (Temporarily closed) Account has been temporarily closed. Can accrue activity, but cannot redeem miles, nor is status recognized when traveling. Personal details can be updated.
