Pastor and faith healer, author, and television host, Chris Oyakhilome is known to his fans as Pastor Chris is the founder and president of LoveWorld Incorporated, also called Christ Embassy, located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique and inspirational telling of God's Word has enthralled thousands of people across the globe.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born in December 63 in Edo State. He was nurtured by his parents who were devoted to him. He is the eldest child of Elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of Oyakhilome families. She passed on her divine grace to her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is actively supported by all members of the family. Reverend Ken the brother of Ken is the most revered minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) in which many gospel musicians are among the top-selling in the world.

Pastor Chris has two children: Carissa Sharon und Charlene. Carissa Sharon has decided to follow her father's example of sharing the Gospel of God with the world and is also called CSO, she is a talented, award-winning gospel singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student at Edo College and was awarded a scholarship by Bendel State University to study architecture. Additionally, he holds an honourary doctorate degree in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was where he discovered his calling to serve the Lord and go into ministry.

While in the university The Man of God started what would later turn out to be the biggest church in the world. It began as an uninvolved group of believers called 'Youth for Christ'. Chris Oyakhilome Family The group would later become the basis for LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy as well as eventually millions of followers around the world.

Under the guidance of Pastor Chris, under the direction of Pastor Chris, the LoveWorld ministry became a pioneer in satellite television and Christian television production and programming. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast out of Africa to the rest of the world, 24 hours a day, nonstop on free-to-air networks. There are currently LoveWorld television stations that are available on satellite and cable networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence in Pastor Chris's native Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. The ministry has two healing schools that are located in South Africa.

Apart from preaching the Gospel message the Man Of God has also set up a variety of non-profit organizations that are tasked with providing vital services and hope for the most vulnerable and neglected people. COFI is a partnership with five other organizations who are all dedicated to raising living standards in some of the most underdeveloped areas.

COFI manages the InnerCity Mission, ICM for Children The Volunteer Medical Corps and Trauma International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation , and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations works to improve the lives of people as well as their health, spirits and overall wellbeing.

The charity also provides assistance for children in need.
