The biggest error we make is that, for no reason at all, we always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's brain in order to determine what his expectations of us are. But there's one thing that we nearly always agree on: he doesn't ignore an opportunity ....to expand the expectations gap And there is no one out there to alert us of the imminent clash.
There are many possible sources of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by differences in our personalities. Square personalities are more likely be miscommunicative with liberals. Affirmative personalities might find it difficult to align expectations with passive people. It is simple to recognize that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.

What happens if they're totally different? They'll not recognize it. Imagine to yourself that there's a type of a personality gap that exists but that we don't know about. No one has ever discovered it or warned about it, studied it...NOT EVEN FREUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to an entirely different kind of personality: The FULL versus the Half Circle personalities! !
Note - This analysis is designed to provide guidance for your behavior. After reading this report, you'll be able to determine which personality describes you best. It is also possible to identify your partner in the life. If you find that you're different types - like Bono says, "we can be one, but not the same", - you should be very happy as you may have identified the cause of the differences between you. There are two kinds of human beings: humans. There are those who are "full-circle' who are a self-contained individual who feels perfectly at home by his own. He needs a partner. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he can't live without his dream companion until he finds one. Once he's found the one he wants, he would like to live his life by his side with his hopefully complete circle - of friends.
The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No it's not a full-circle that was damaged during the delivery). Once they have found the miserable animal and they are determined to keep go of it. They'll work to physically join their victim into a happy circle. They'll not be compromising on being capable of looking at each other for the rest their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with one another and form a whole.
A fascinating observation about the two types: the choice to let a relationship go. The whole circle is likely to let go of a partner who has lost their connection quickly. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand redefine the notion of having the same chemistry' as their partners to be: 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs in which two "half a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make each other, and not even noticing their distinct geometrical shapes. The Half is smiling and moves two steps in the direction of. The Full is a bit frightened by this unwelcome invasion to be a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he has stepped out of his comfortable zone .... and, while the Half was convinced that the Full was making an innocent mistake, the Half begins getting frustrated and takes another step in the opposite direction. They can't describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. They could have avoided their own misery if they had known the distinction between Half and Full.
There isn't any single solution, there are a few options you could adopt.
1. Find out who you are as a person.

3. Respect that distinction!
One conclusion is: Live and let the life flow.
