Free Mario download for Minecraft players

Mario is hopping between computer-generated worlds to another as he makes his official debut in Minecraft.
A new update for the Wii U version will bring Mario, Luigi and Wario, Toad, Princess Peach, as well as numerous other Super Mario Bros characters, to the game starting next Tuesday.
Best of all, in these days of costly downloadable content - the colourful characters are available for free.

The Mario pack will add more than characters to the world of pixelated Minecraft.
Players can also change the textures and items and fight blocksier versions of Hammer Bros. and Dry Bones from the Mario world - set to the soothing sounds of retro songs from Super Mario 64.
Fans will be able to create their own places with Mario-themed Minecraft blocks. Then, they can explore new worlds by using classic faces from one of the most loved games (albeit a bit more sharp).
