It's a big problem when people misunderstand. It's a minefield of our own making. It starts a second after the first contact with a person and comes to an end with an impressive explosion...
Our biggest error is always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't try to pick out the thoughts of our partner to figure out his expectations. We're usually completely in sync with our partner except for one thing : he doesn't take advantage of the opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . There is no one to tell us about the coming confrontation.

There are many sources of communication issues, but they are generally related to our different personalities. Squared personalities are more likely than liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and people who are aggressive might have difficulties in coordinating expectations with passive. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive individuals can be distinguished from passive.
What if they're completely different? They'll never realize that. Imagine to yourself that there exists a sort of a personality gap that exists but that we don't know about. It has never been discovered or warned about it, nor investigated it. !

Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a brand new personality one that we all share. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE are different from the HALF CLIRCLE types. !

This analysis offers guidelines for behavior. Try to figure which personality best describes who you are and then discover the person who is your partner. If you find that you are of different kinds that you can be content. It could be the cause of many of your differences. If you're in the same category like me, I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to assist you in understanding why your relationships are awfully poor.

And here we take a look...
Two types of human beings are there. Some people are 'full-circle', which is a self-contained person who feels completely at home by himself. He does need a partner, yes there is a need for a partner and yes, he's on a constant search for the right partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... He is still able to survive without the perfect partner. And, once he has found one, he wishes to continue living his life shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during the birth). When they discover the miserable animal and they are unable to ever let it go! They will attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them and will not let go of the idea of living together. They won't compromise on being in a position to gaze at one with each other for the rest of their lives. It's impossible to make them feel more intimate than that.
An interesting distinction between the two types is the decision to let go of the person you are with. The whole circle tends to be quick to let go of a partner they have lost chemistry with. Half-circles however will redefine the meaning of 'having mutual chemistry with their partners and say 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him with a proper upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance that happens when the "half" and "full" circle attempt to make each other their counterparts. They are not aware of their differences. The Half takes two leaps forward, well away from the safety space of the Full, who considers the sudden intrusion into his personal space too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half believes that the Full made a wrong move, and he kindly compensated by making another step forward, the Half gets more concerned and begins to feel angry. They are aware of the reason, but due to in the absence of a proper term they are unable to adequately explain their frustration and go to the wrong places! They could have saved their lives if they knew the difference between Half and Full.

There isn't one conclusion to this essay , but there are a few action items:
1. Discover who you really are
2. Find out who your true partner is.
3. There's a difference.
Rami Beracha
3. Respect the distinction!
In reality, there's only one possible conclusion.
