Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and charity of the President of Christ Embassy Church
Chris Oyakhilome is an Nigerian pastor, TV host, as well as a writer. He is the president of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated and is also called Christ Embassy International.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 th of December 1973 to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his primary and second education, he went to Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.


AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two kids.

While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his path into the field of ministry. Chris Oyakhilome The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship was known at the time as Youths For Christ (YFC).


YFC grew quickly and became the largest college organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church. Believer's LoveWorld, a worldwide ministry with millions upon millions members around the globe has been renamed Believers LoveWorld.

BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on TV across Africa through its"Atmosphere for Miracles" programme in 2002. They stopped airing the program in May 2004, after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by the churches.

Pastor Chris's Ministry is comprised of four components: publishing ministry (healing ministry) TV ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). The foundation recognizes, celebrates and encourages young Africans who have demonstrated leadership by positively impacting their generation. They accomplish this by educating as well as youth empowerment and mentoring.

The foundation acknowledges the achievements of these young leaders through an awards ceremony, The Future African Leaders' Awards. The InnerCity Mission for children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was founded in 2005 to reach the most vulnerable, the poorest orphaned, least fortunate children of the world..

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to increase the quality of life and the longevity in local communities and nations. This foundation will help support national policies on trauma treatment by providing their advocacy and health education as well as community-based programs.

Over a thousand training sessions in emergency and safety were given by the foundation. They have taught thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers, as well as road transporters.

By doing this, the mission helps them to learn about the Word of God and be able to experience the life-changing message that Jesus has for us.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, hospitals, prisons and other institutions across the globe which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana.
