<p class="p__1">Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai integrated Cross, Fit, Inc. in 2000. They opened a health club in Santa Cruz, California in 2001 and published their workouts on the Internet for their clients, and these workouts were then quickly embraced by people in the police, military, firefighting services. The first associated health club (understood as 'box') to form was Cross, Fit North in Seattle, Washington when Glassman's internet postings were utilized by those who wanted to formally incorporate his exercises into their training routine in 2002.</p>
