Although he was unsure whether it was the right decision for him, he decided to pursue law school and earned an MBA in New York. He then was employed overseas in a law office. His experience in the Wall Street legal firm made him realize that business was his real passion. He quit his job and then he relocated to France to pursue an MBA.
Shortly after graduating from college in 1996, Beracha began working at the Pitango Venture Capital Fund the largest venture capital fund. Pitango invests in businesses in their early stages, developing core areas for high-tech. Pitango has made over 200 investments to date and has had more than 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in the year 2000. In the 18 years that followed, he led dozens of deals that resulted in successful exits to Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.
He didn't stop there. Globes presented Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognizing his status as an investor of influence. Rami founded Sosa in 2014 to launch a fresh initiative. Sosa has innovation centres in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they aid innovative high-tech firms to collaborate with entrepreneurs around the world looking to collaborate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently appointed to oversee the development and operation of the city's cyber center.

In the wake of the Abraham Accords that Israel and the United Arab Emirates recently signed, he believes it is the right opportunity to invest in the Arab market. This happened shortly after the war was over. Rami however, fell onto a mine that was hidden beneath his feet. He was seriously injured.

The time he spent in the hospital rehabilitation was one the most challenging of his entire existence. He was in a state of disarray and unable to get up and about, and ultimately was stricken with depression and despair. All of his dreams of furthering his army career seemed lost, and he wasn't sure who he was anymore. Rami was able to recover from his injuries and was able to keep living even if it meant giving up on his dreams. Rami made a decision to make his life more enjoyable and more satisfying than it was before the injuries. Rami was the first to take on other extreme sports. He is a fan of kitesurfing and snowboarding. He's also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. He sometimes feels like his unwounded past is pushing forward, even as he works to improve.

He has volunteered for numerous organisations and also makes donations. He is passionate about helping young men who were wounded in combat. In 2016 Rami took the group of men who suffered injuries during their army service during a visit to Nepal. In the year 2018, Rami received elevated to the rank of Major in the Israeli Military's Paratrooper and the Fire Brigades. His childhood dreams had come true, despite all the difficulties. His life and story are an inspiration to others. Rami didn't let his injuries hinder him He continued to learn and experimenting until he was even more resilient than before.
