Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha created this blog to discuss the subject of venture capital. Rami is also co-founder of Sosa.
Communication is a major problem. It is a minefield that we have created. It begins just a few seconds after contact, and culminates in an amazing explosion...

We make the biggest mistake of believing that we are in complete alignment with the expectations of our partners. There is one thing that we are completely in agreement with our partner on the other hand - he never misses an opportunity to expand the gap between expectations. .... And there is no one out there to alert us of the coming clash.
There are many causes of confusion. They are usually related to our individual personas. The square personality is more likely to not communicate with people who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may have trouble aligning their expectations with those of passive individuals. But, this isn't difficult to spot We all know the difference between liberal and squared, and active from passive.
Imagine if they were very different? There is a chance that there exists an individual gap in personality that we aren't aware of. It's never been discovered, reported on, or investigated by anyone. !
Rami Beracha
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you all to a different type of personality The FULL and the HALF CIRCLE personality! !
Note: A behavioral guideline when reading the next analysis, attempt to determine which of the two personalities define you the best, and at the same time look for out who your partner in life is. You might be shocked to discover that your personalities are different. Like Bono sang, "we are one, but we are not the same." This is a positive sign since it could mean that you've identified the root of many of your divergences. If, on one hand, you are the same person, then I am sorry to say that I am unable to help you figure out why you have relationships that look so bad.
Let's start...
Humans are divided into two groups. There are those who are "full-circle' that is an independent person who is completely at home by his own. Sure, he requires a partner, yes that he would like to have a partner and yes he is in continuous search of an ideal partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... He can still survive without the perfect partner. He is determined to live his life with his partner, and he is hopeful to make it to the end of his circle.

The "half a circle" people on the other side are those who need an accomplice. Once they've found the grumpy creature that they have found, they will not let go of it. They'll try to live with their victim as if were one of them, and will not let go of the idea of living in harmony. They won't compromise on being able to stare at each other for the rest their lives. Their desire to be one with their partner and create a whole will only be fulfilled by things that aren't as intimate.
An interesting observation between the two types relates to the choice to let go of a partner. The entire circle will undoubtedly let go of a partner that has lost their chemistry rapidly. The half-circle type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They'll claim that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with an upgraded version.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle attempt to force each other to become their partner. They're unaware of their differences. The Half takes two leaps in the air, way from the comfort space of the Full, who considers the sudden intrusion into his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half move out of his comfort area ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an innocent error, so they take another step backwards.. But the Half quickly gets angry and starts to make an even bigger and more aggressive step.. Both know why but lack proper language. They can't properly explain their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. They could have saved their lives by being aware that one is Half and the other is Full.
While there isn't any one answer, there are many actions that can be taken.

1. Discover who you are
2. Find out who your partner is
3. Realize there is a difference.
3. Respect different opinions!

In reality, one conclusion is: Live and let live.
