The biggest error we make is always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations from both sides. We don't attempt to get inside our partner's mind to find out what his expectations are. The one thing we do agree on is that our counterpart is not afraid to expand this expectation gap ..... And we don't need anyone to alert us of the imminent conflict.

There are many possible sources of miscommunication. Many of them stem from personality differences. Square people tend to be more susceptible to miscommunication more than liberal people, while aggressive personalities may have difficulty matching their expectations to those of passive personalities. This is simple to spot - everyone knows squared from moderate and passive from aggressive.

Two types of human beings exist. Some of us are the 'full-circle' types who are self-contained and finds it easy to be by himself. He does want to be a part of a group, and yes, he is always looking for people to share his life with. Absolutely! All true ... However, he will not be able survive without a suitable partner. Once he's discovered one, he'd like to live his life, by his side with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.
Others are those who are "half-acircle" types. When they discover the miserable animal and they are unable to ever let it go! They will work to physically integrate their victim into a happy circle. The Halves will not relinquish their desire to staring at each one from a distance of zero for the rest. They will not settle for anything less intimate in order to satisfy their desire to join with the other half and make up a whole.

One of the most fascinating observations between types is how they decide to leave their partners. The whole circle is likely to be able to let go of a person who is losing their chemistry rapidly. On the other hand, half-circle types redefine the concept of chemistry between two people to mean - "I am holding on to this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him with an upgrade."
Imagine the amazing dance between a "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone . When the Half thinks that the Full committed an innocent mistake and took another step forward, the Half becomes annoyed and take a step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They understand why, but since they don't have the right terminology they can't adequately explain their madness and turn to the wrong places. If they had known that one is Half and the other one is Full, it could have helped them ...
There isn't one conclusion to this essay , but there are some actions items:
1. Find out who you really are
