Rami Beracha Believes That There Are a lot of investment opportunities waiting to be Found, Even in the Coronavirus Economy

It is important to be patient when selecting the ideal dream. One of the most critical stages of success in any business is to ensure that it's the right venture for you. You need to be convinced of the likelihood of success and be passionate about the concept. The most important thing is the belief you have in the idea. Once you've started your process, don't be afraid to make changes when you get there. It is better to be flexible and to make adjustments early on than spend more time or money.
Rami Beracha's advice for students at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya is inspired by his personal experiences. Rami began his law studies at the age of teenager. He was unsure if he chose the right path but he continued his education in law, obtaining a Master's Degree in New York, then worked at an international law firm. He realized, though, that he had a passion more for business than law while working for a Wall Street law firm. He made the decision to quit his job and relocate to France for an MBA.

In 1996, after graduating, Beracha started working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is the biggest Israeli venture capital investment fund. Pitango is an investment fund that invests in startups in the early stages, and in high-tech core areas. It has over 200 investment and 85 exits. Rami was made managing partner in the year 2000. Over the next 18-years, he led dozens of deals that led to profitable exits from large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

It didn't end there. Globes presented Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognizing his role as an influential investor. Rami started a new initiative known as Sosa in 2014. Sosa's innovation centers are located in New York and Tel Aviv. They assist high-tech startups by partnering with international entrepreneurs. Sosa was selected recently to construct and manage the cyber center in New York City.

Beracha believes that this is a good time to invest in the Arab Market following the recent conclusion of Abraham Accords with Israel and United Arab Emirates. Dubai is an ideal location to begin, since it is a wealthy city and modern. The idea for his newest fund, or Ender Ventures, as he plans to call it, is to bring Israeli ads European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality robotics, robotics and much more. The United Arab Emirates' business perspective is unparalleled. Although Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path was not always smooth. Like most Israelis, Beracha joined the army at the age of a young. He became a combat soldier with the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. Rami was part of a rescue team that was sent to assist wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, just following the end of war. Rami was swept into a buried mine, and he was unable to walk and his hand.

His time in the rehabilitation hospital was one of the most challenging times of his life. He was unable to move, and he fell into desperation and depression. He was unsure of who he was anymore, and all his hopes of progressing his career in the army appeared to be dead. Through his suffering, Rami was able to find the passion to keep living and create new dreams. He resolved to be more powerful and stronger than he was prior the injuries. Rami tried out different extreme sports. Nowadays, he enjoys kitesurfing (and snowboarding) and has hiked Mount Kilimanjaro. He is convinced that his unbeaten self of the past is pushing forward in his quest to improve himself.

Rami is a regular volunteer and a generous donor to numerous charitable organizations. He is also passionate about helping young soldiers who were injured in combat. Rami led a team of soldiers who sustained injuries during their military service in Nepal in 2016. In 2018 he received the rank of Major in the paratrooper and fire brigades in the Israeli military. The dreams he had as a young man were able to happen, regardless of the difficulties he encountered. His life and story can be a source of inspiration for othersto never give up regardless of the situation. Rami did not let his injuries keep him from achieving his goals. He kept learning and trying new things until finally he was stronger than ever.
