Латвийские власти решили принять новые меры ограничения в связи с распространением COVID-19. К 21 октября в стране вновь вводят локдаун. По заявлению в ходе пресс-конференции Кришьяниса Кариньша, премьер-министра страны, меры ограничения правительство решило ввести из-за медленной вакцинации.
