Rami Beracha believes in many investment opportunities, including the Coronavirus Economy.

Take your time when choosing the dream you wish to pursue. Making sure you are choosing the right path is one of your most important steps in ensuring success. You need to be passionate about your idea and believe that it will succeed. More important than the idea you decide to pursue is how much you believe in the idea behind it. Don't be afraid of making changes after you've begun your journey. It's better to tweak and correct things early in the course of the project rather than later on when you've invested more money.

Rami Beracha's advice to students studying at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya is inspired by his personal experiences. Rami was a teenager who decided to study Law. While he was not sure whether it was the best option for him, he decided to study law and graduated with a Master’s in New York. He then was employed overseas in a law firm. While working in the Wall Street firm, he discovered that he was passionate about business, more so than law. He quit his job to travel to France to pursue an MBA.
Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha began her career at the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the largest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango, which focuses on early-stage companies creating core areas in high tech, has received over 200 investments from its investors and exited more than 85 companies up to now. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. Over the next 18-years Rami negotiated dozens of deals that led to successful exits for Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

It didn't end there. Globes awarded Beracha with the title of "Esteemed Partner", recognizing his contribution as an important investor. Rami founded Sosa in 2014, a brand-new initiative. Sosa hosts innovation centers in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they work with global entrepreneurs and support technologically innovative companies. Sosa was selected recently to lead the New York City cyber center.

Beracha has two new projects that are in the process of development. Together with a group of business partners, he has recently founded a blockchain venture capital investment fund in London. After helping to shape Israel as a major hub for high-tech in the world, Beracha is ready to expand to a larger market. Beracha has stated that the fund's creation is compatible with his business outlook. They are hoping to locate enthusiastic companies and assist blockchain find its right spot at the top of innovative concepts pushing the world ahead.

Beracha plans to establish a Middle East venture capital fund in addition to the European fund. Beracha believes that now is the right time to invest in the Arab Market, after the recently concluded Abraham Accords with Israel and United Arab Emirates. What better place for a start then the super wealthy and modern Dubai? Ender Ventures is his new fund. He is planning to make use of Israeli ad European Investors for support to high-tech UAE firms in areas like robotics, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality. The United Arab Emirates' business outlook is unmatched. Due to the low tax rate for business and the law that is business-friendly the country is expected to attract many companies to its doors in the coming years.

While Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path was not always smooth. Beracha like many Israelis became a soldier as a young man. He was a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and fought through The Lebanon War. In 1983, shortly after the end of the war, Rami was part of the rescue group that was formed to help wounded soldiers in a wild minefield. Unfortunately, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and was unable to walk and also lost his hand in the incident.

He had one of the most difficult periods of his life, and his hospitalization was the culmination. He was not able to move and fell into desperation and depression. His hopes to advance his career in the army were lost, and he didn't know who or what he really was. Through his suffering, Rami was able to be driven to continue moving forward and to create new goals. He set out to become better and stronger than he had been before his injuries. Rami took the initiative to take on different extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding and has even gone up Mount Kilimanjaro. He often feels like his past that is unresolved has pushed him ahead, even as the effort to get better.
He makes donations and volunteers in numerous organizations. He is incredibly passionate about helping young men who, like himself suffered injuries in battle. Rami headed an army unit that helped injured soldiers on a 2016 journey to Nepal. In 2018, he received promoted to major in the Israeli army's fire and paratrooper brigades. His dreams as a young man were able to be realized, despite the obstacles he had to face. His story and the passion he has for his cause can be a source of inspiration for everyone who reads about them. Rami didn't let his injuries hinder him as he continued learning and exploring new techniques until he was even stronger than before.
