Though he wasn't sure whether it was the best decision for him, he decided to pursue law school and earned an MBA in New York. He then worked overseas in a law firm. He realized, though, that he was a fan more for business than law while working in the Wall Street law firm. He left his job to go to France to get an MBA.

After graduating in the year 1996, Beracha began working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the biggest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango has a relationship with companies at the initial stages of development, focusing on core areas within high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and completed 85 exits. Rami became managing partner of Pitango in the year 2000. He led many deals that resulted in successful exits for Fortune 500 companies such as Broadcom as well as Marvel, Cisco, and Apple over the next 18 years.
It didn't end there. Globes awarded Beracha the award in 2011 as an "Esteemed Partner” award. He was recognized for being an investor of influence. Rami initiated a new project called Sosa in the year 2014. Sosa's innovation centres are located in New York and Tel Aviv. Presently, Rami Beracha seems to be a hit in almost every area he's chosen. But his life wasn't always so simple. Beracha was just a teenager when he joined the army. He was a member of the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and also fought in the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission to assist wounded soldiers who were trapped in a minefield and joined the Paratrooper's Army in 1983 , shortly after the war. Unfortunately, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and was unable to walk and also lost his hand in the incident.

Rami donates to and is a volunteer in numerous organizations. He is also dedicated to helping young soldiers, just like him, who were wounded in combat. Rami was part of a group of soldiers injured during their military service in Nepal in the year 2016. He rose to the rank major within the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in the year 2018. As young men had found a way to happen, regardless of the obstacles he had to face. His story and his passion can be a source of inspiration for anyone who comes across them. Rami didn't let his injuries hinder him from learning new things and he became stronger each day.
