Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha

Rami Beracha's blog on the venture capital market. Rami is also the Co-Founder at Sosa.
The issue of miscommunication is serious. I'd say it's a dangerous hazard that we have created .. It begins a second after we make the first contact with a person and ends with an impressive explosion...
Our biggest error is always assuming complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't want to pick out the thoughts of our partner to figure out his expectations. There's one aspect, however, that we are completely in agreement with our partner on - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap .... And there is no one in the world who can warn us of the coming confrontation.
There are many factors that can lead to miscommunications. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate than liberal personalities, while people who are aggressive might have trouble matching their expectations to the expectations of passive people. This is easy to identify because We all know what the word "squared" signifies.
But what if they are completely different? It is possible that there exists a personality gap, which we aren't aware of. It's never been discovered, reported on, or studied by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you all to the different personality types The FULL and the Half Circle personalities! !
Note: This study provides behavioral guidance. Find out what personality best represents what you're like and then find out who your partner is. If you find that you're different kinds - as Bono song says "we are all one, but we're not the same" You should be extremely happy as you may have found the reason behind the differences between you! If you're the same as me, I'm sorry, but I can't assist you in understanding why your relationships seem so bad.

So, here we take a look...
Rami Beracha
Humans are divided into two. Some people are 'full-circle', which is a self-contained individual who feels perfectly at home by him. Sure, he's required to be around someone else, and he's looking for one. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... However, until he's found his dream partner, he CAN survive without one. And, once he has found one, he wishes to continue living his life in a relationship with his hopefully complete circle of a partner.
The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during the birth). They won't let go once they've found their miserable companion. To create the illusion of a happy circle, they'll attempt to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves aren't content with anything less than staring at one another from a distance for the rest. Only intimacy will satisfy their need to connect to one another and create an entire.

The decision to let go is a common observation. The full circle is likely to be able to let go of an individual he no longer has chemistry with. The half-circle types however will redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners and say 'I'm holding on to this B..ST..RD, , until I am able to replace him with a proper upgrade'.

Imagine a dance in which a half-a-circle and a full circle try to make their partner happy. But, the Half can move two steps ahead of the comfortable zone. The sudden invasion of his private space can be somewhat daunting. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he did this by removing the Half of his comfort zone . While the Half believes that the Full made an innocent mistake and took another step forward, the Half begins to become irritated and takes another step backwards.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. The Full and the Half are aware of the reason, but they lack proper terminology. They aren't able to properly express their frustration, and so they search for the wrong things. They could have saved themselves if they had known the distinction between Half and Full.
This essay doesn't have a conclusive conclusion. However, it does contain some action items.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Find out more about your friend
3. Make the distinction.

3. Be respectful of the differences!
Rami Beracha
In reality, one conclusion is: Live and let live.
