'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha is the writer for this blog. The focus is on venture capital. Rami is the co-founder of Sosa.
Miscommunication is a big issue. I'd venture to say that it's a dangerous hazard that we have created .. It starts seconds after making contact and then ends with an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is that, without reason at all, we always assume complete alignment in both sides' expectations without even trying to get our partner's brain to figure out what his expectations of us are. One thing we can agree on is that our partner is not afraid to increase the gap in expectations ..... We are not alerted by anyone.
Rami Beracha
There are a variety of reasons for confusion. They are usually related to our individual personality. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. Aggressive personalities may find it difficult to align expectations with passive personalities. It is simple to identify and everyone is aware of the difference between moderate and passive from aggressive.
Rami Beracha
What if they were completely different? Imagine the personality gap. No one has ever discovered it or warned about it, nor investigated it. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a brand new type of personality we all share: The FULL CIRCLE versus the HALLF CIRCLE personalities! !

Note - This analysis is intended to provide behavioral guidance. After reading this analysis, you will be able to determine which type of personality best describes you. You can also try to determine your life partner. If you realize that you're different kinds - as Bono sings "we are all one, but we're not the same" - then you should be extremely happy as you might have discovered the cause of some of your differences! If you're the opposite type I'm sorry to help you comprehend the reasons your relationships look like crap.

And here we go...
Humans are divided into two categories. There are two kinds of humans one of which is the "full circle" kind, who is completely self-contained and completely comfortable being by themselves. He needs a partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... However, he will not be able to survive without the right companion. He will live his life in a relationship with his partner until the time comes to find one.
Rami Beracha
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of humanity. Once they've found the miserable creature that they have found, they will not let it go. To form a happy circle, they will try to integrate their victim physically. The Halves will not accept any less than gazing at one another from zero distance for the rest. They won't settle for anything less intimate to meet their need to join with the other half and make up a whole.
Rami Beracha
The decision to let go is an ordinary occurrence. The entire circle will surely get rid of a partner who has lost their chemistry quickly. However, the 'half-acircle' types will redefine the concept of chemistry between couples to mean - "I hold onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him with an upgrade."
Rami Beracha
Imagine the amazing dance taking place in the moment a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" are trying to be his partner, not being conscious of their distinct geometries. The Half makes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full who considers this unwelcome invasion into his own personal space a bit intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he accomplished this by taking the Half out of his comfort zone . When the Half thinks that the Full has made an error that was not his fault and compensated with another step forward the Half starts to get angry and makes a second step backwards.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. They are unable to explain their pain and are unsure of the reason. They could have escaped if they had known the difference between Full and Half.

There isn't one answer to this essay. However, there are some actions items:
1. Learn more about who you are.
Rami Beracha
2. Learn about your partner
3. Know the difference.
3. Be respectful of the differences!
In reality, there's only one possible conclusion.
