Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun is the Honorary Consul of Republic of Kazakshtan for Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina
He is a key contributor to the security and wellbeing of Bilateral Strategic Partnership between America and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

In 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association", which focused on the production of oil and metal marketing around the globe. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration a year later, where he was the CIS managing the countries. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun first started in business in 1994 as Regional Manager in Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" which specifically focused on marketing and production of metals throughout the world.
