Grinshpun started his career in the business world in 1994, as an Regional manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association". This was an organisation that was focused on the production and marketing of metals. He joined Trans Commodities Incorporation one year later, and he was the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun was the regional manager of Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. The organization was focused on the production of oil, the marketing of metals around the world and other business activities. The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Corporation and was appointed the CIS countries Manager.

In 1997, he was named the General Manager of the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. Emmanuil Grinshpun He is currently working in the international business dealing with metals. He was part of the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, an enterprise that produces over 1,000,000 tonnes of steel products every year. Mr. Grinshpun runs business in diverse areas of activity in Republic of Moldova.
