Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun is the Honorary Consul of Republic of Kazakshtan for Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina
He contributes to the security and well-being of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership of the United States with the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Protects his consular district to protect the rights and interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its citizens, and legal entities
Favors the establishment of friendly relations between Kazakhstan (the Republic of Kazakhstan) and the US. This involves the expansion of trade and economy relations as well as tourism.

Grinshpun started his career in the business world in 1994, as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association". It was an organisation that was focused on the production and marketing of metals. Emmanuil Grinshpun One year later he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation and was appointed the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun's professional career started in 1994, when he was appointed the Kazakhstan Regional Manager at "Universal Market Association". In close cooperation with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works he has been actively involved in trade of the products of the factory in Moldova since 2004.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company One of the most important natural gas producers and exporters around the globe, were involved with an important energy project being undertaken by the Moldovan government in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun Emmanuil Grinshpun is the founder and the General Manager of "ITERA-Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in various areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.
