Avanos Medical Recalls The Cortrak*2 Enteral Access System
Avanos Medical has recalled the Cortrak*2 Ental Access System in response to injuries and deaths caused by the misplacement of the nasoenteric as well as na tube. The recall covers 629 devices which were distributed throughout the United States.
