A Full Body Massage: Benefits
Traditional Burmese Massage, also referred to as Myanmar Massage, or Burmese Touch it draws heavily upon Indian, Thai and Chinese massage styles and techniques. It is intended to improve general well-being. 출장안마 do not use oils lotions, creams or pastes. However, it's essential to remember that this can differ based on the location where the massage is being given, and how the massage is carried out. The standard Burmese massage therapy is gentle, short, focused and geared towards relaxation. The purpose of massage is to assist clients in reducing muscle tension, improve the flexibility and range of motion, increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, boost mental functioning as well as rejuvenate and energize the body, relieve muscular spasms and tension as well as decrease stress. It is the goal of massage therapy to create deep relaxation and peace that helps clients recover quicker from acute stressors.

In Western countries such as the US, Japan, Canada, Australia and New Zealand we've been able to adapt the old-fashioned techniques of chamomile and Myrtle massage to the cultural and specific needs of the country in which we live. In eastern countries like the re Myanmar, the massage is more of a part of the daily routine and not the event of a religious nature. Through the years, I have been consistently impressed by Thai massage, Burmese massage, and any other massage. This was due to an group of Far East students who are descendants of "Druk Yai", a traditional massage therapist. This practice is not as extensive as other forms of massage practiced across Thailand. However, it does offer its own unique healing strategies and benefits.

I worked as an Asian massage therapist and lived for six years in the northern part of Thailand. I didn't notice the same wide use of "Myrrh" like I experienced in other parts of Thailand. It is likely that the Thai language isn't equipped with the capability of accurately translating the word into English. I also spent a significant period of time (about two years) in northern Myanmar, so I know some of the general practice of myrrh. I've noticed some changes over time that I believe may be due to the transition from myrrh-based healing to "herbal medical."

Myrrh isn't a common ingredient in Thailand's other. This is likely due to acceptance of herbal and natural treatments. Massages in Thailand continue to make use of creams, oils, and waxes. This is because of the numerous messages (masseurs) which are employed to offer massage services. A lot of Thai massage spas continue to use oil-based treatments as they are considered "luxurious".

In addition, many massage spas located in northern Thailand have taken on the idea of using aroma therapy and "Oriental herbal medicine." They are also utilized in the United States, Canada and Europe. These traditional healing arts are not utilized in many Thai massaging spas. I believe that this is because these kinds of methods do not align to the policies of the larger, more conservatively operated massage spas in northern Thailand.

My experience with traditional Burmese massage revealed a different style from the westerners I had been studying. This particular style, which I'd call "Myanma", or "Myrobalan" involves gentle pressure being applied to specific acupoints in the body. This is done primarily through the kneading. This method uses long strokes that are not often used in Thai massage, in which the practitioner only uses one hand. I noticed that after the massage my skin was softer and my was able to sleep the best of all worlds.

I also discovered that traditional Burmese massages are often accompanied by a special herbal concoction. Mistletoe, Brahmi, and Lavan are among the most commonly used ingredients. While the herbs may vary from one place to another however, the intention is to help you feel an overall feeling of wellbeing. My research showed that massage therapists in northern Thailand utilize Ostrich feathers, ginseng and traditional Burmese techniques to help clients who suffer from arthritis-related muscle spasms.

The benefits of a full body massage are widely known. The relaxation effects it has on my body and my mind were apparent when I first experienced it. Although Thais don't consider these techniques of massage for the entire body as such however, I can tell you that following the massage, I noticed a greater sense of energy and alertness. I felt a feeling of peace that reached my whole body. The easy techniques my Myanmar massage trainer taught me gave the energy and strength to complete my daily tasks without stress or worry.
