We understand your concern about the refund of your order 'OD125187644170980000'.

We are sorry for the trouble and this is not something we'd want you to go through.

We’d like to confirm that the seller has refunded Rs 319/- to your Gift card section of your Flipkart account on June 25, 2022, and this amount should have been credited by now.

However, this Gift card does not require any Gift card number or pin to use so you can directly use this Gift card while placing the order at the time of checkout.

You can use this amount anytime within a year to buy your favourite items from a wide range of sellers on Flipkart.

Here are the steps to use Gift Card balance:

1. Choose the product

2. Set the address

3. Continue

4. At the top of the payment options you will find gift card balance available. Click on that the amount will be automatically deducted from the Gift Card while you will confirm the order.

We'd like to let you know that this amount can be used to shop from a wide range of sellers available on Flipkart.

If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.

Also, we see that your email address is not updated on your Flipkart account.

Due to this, we are unable to send important order or refund related updates to you via an email.

Updating your email address is really easy and takes very little time.

Let us help you with the steps:
1) Log in to your account
2) Click 'Edit' and enter your new email address
3) A verification code will be sent to your new email address which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you. If you're doing it from our app or Msite, you have to enter your Flipkart account's password along with the OTP
4) Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'

That's it! Your email address will be updated and you can continue using your Flipkart account.
