Imagine the amazing dance in which a "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle", are trying to create one another, without being aware of their differing geometrical shapes. The Half is smiling and makes two steps in the direction of. The Full is a bit frightened by the unwelcome intrusion a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and, while the Half was sure the Full made an innocent error and the Full was sure of it, the Half gets annoyed and makes another step forward.
