These are the four major reasons of your respective bad health. To keep yourself fit and fine you should do exercise often. I am not saying that you necessary to do hardcore exercise to keep you healthy and fit. But you can perform Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. You should give attention to your food. You should keep close track of any occasion . that what you will be gonna eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that you simply should take 6 small meals as an alternative to 3 heavy meals.
