Miscommunication is a big issue. I'd say it's a dangerous hazard that we have created .. It starts a second after making the first contact with a person and is concluded with an impressive explosion...
Our biggest error is always assuming complete alignment in expectations from both sides. We don't try to pick out our partner's thoughts to find out what his expectations are. We are almost always in total alignment with our counterpart, minus one thing : he doesn’t miss an opportunity to expand this gap . We don't even need anyone to warn us about the coming conflict.

There are many causes of confusion, and they are usually due to our individual personalities. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. But this is easy to identify - we all know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

What if they're completely different? Only they won't realize it. Imagine the personality gap. It has never been discovered, reported on, or investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a brand new personality kind that we all have in common. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE are different from the HALF CLIRCLE types. !

If you discover that you're of two distinct types - like Bono song says "we are all one, however we're not the same" You should be thrilled because you may have just discovered the cause of the differences between you! If, however, you are two of the same type and you're both of the same type, then I'm not able to tell you the reason why your relationships appear so horrible.

Humans are divided into two groups. Some people are 'full-circle' that is an independent individual who feels perfectly at home being all by himself. He needs a partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... BUT, until he has found the perfect partner, he CAN survive without one. Once he's found the one he wants, he would like to continue living his life, shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - of friends.
The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side are those who need an accomplice. They will not let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. To form the illusion of a happy circle, they will try to join their victim physically. They'll not be compromising on being able to stare at each with each other for the rest of their lives. They'll never settle for anything less intimate to fulfill their desire to connect with the other half and create a whole.
A notable differentiator between these two types is the decision to let go of a partner. The full circle will typically release themselves quickly from an individual he no longer has his chemistry with. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand will redefine the concept of 'having an chemistry' with their partner to mean: 'I'm holding the B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine the dance where two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to make their partner feel happy. But, the half is able to move two steps ahead of the comfortable zone. The sudden invasion of his personal space is slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step outside of his familiar area ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an innocent mistake, so he makes another step backward.. However, the Half quickly gets angry and starts to make an even bigger and more aggressive step.. They know why, but since they don't have the right language, they aren't able to adequately explain their confusion and head to the wrong directions. They could have avoided their own misery in the event that they knew the difference between Half and Full.
While there isn't any one conclusion, there are a variety of options to take.
