Communication issues are a major issue. It's almost like a minefield. It starts just seconds after our first interaction with someone and ends with an impressive explosion...
We make the most common mistake of believing that we are completely in line with our partners' expectations. One thing is certain that the other party doesn't waste any chance to expand this gap . There's no one out there to alert us of the imminent clash.
There are many sources of communication issues, but they are generally caused by our personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to be misinformed by those who are liberal, while aggressive personalities will find it difficult to reconcile expectations with passive ones. This isn't difficult to spot - we all know the distinction between squared and liberal, and active from passive.

Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand-new personality one that we all share. The characters of the FULL CIRCLE differ from the half CLIRCLE characters. !

Two distinct groups of people are referred to as human. There are two types of people that are the full circle type, who is self-contained and completely comfortable in their own space. Yes, he does need a partner. Absolutely! all true! ... He can still survive without his ideal partner. Once he's found one, he wishes to live his life shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - partner.

The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side have to find a companion. They won't let go once they've found their miserable partner. To create a happy circle, they will nearly join with their victims... But don't allow them to do this bullshit of living side by side! The Halves won't accept any less than gazing at one another from zero distance for the rest. It's impossible to make them feel more connected than that.
An interesting observation among the different types is how they decide to leave their companion. The complete circle will usually let go quickly of the person they've lost their chemistry. The half-circle's on the other hand will redefine the idea of having the same chemistry' as their partners to mean: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him properly'.
Imagine the awe-inspiring dance happening when two people, a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" are trying to be their partner, without being aware of their different geometries: the Half joyfully moves two steps ahead far beyond the comfort zone of the Full who considers this unwelcome invasion of his personal space bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The only issue is taking the Half out of his comfort zone .... The Half is convinced that the Full was making an innocent wrong move and kindly compensate with another step forward. However, the Full becomes angry and make another, bigger step to the back.. The Half begins to realize that there is something sinister regarding what's happening in this situation and his next step is not gentle at all.. the Full.. the Half.. the Half and the Full are irritated with the other. They can't describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. The victims could have been saved if they had known that the one they are searching for is Half and the other one is full.
This essay doesn't have a conclusive conclusion. However it does contain some action items.
