Rami Beracha's advice to students at Herzliya’s Interdisciplinary Center is based on his personal experience. Rami began his law studies at the age of teenager. He wasn't sure he wanted to study law, however he pursued his studies and obtained an MBA in New York. After that the law firm, he was employed by the international law firm. He realized that his love was more in business than law during his time working in the Wall Street law office. He decided to quit his job and relocate to France for an MBA.

After graduating in the year 1996, Beracha began working at the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the biggest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango focuses on companies that are in their initial stages of developing their core areas of high-tech with more than 200 investments and 85 exits as of. Rami became the managing partner in 2000 , and for the next 18 years lead many deals that led to with successful exits for large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

It didn't end there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner", recognizing him for his role as a major investor. Rami launched a new venture called Sosa in the year 2014. Sosa is home to the innovation centers located in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they collaborate with global entrepreneurs and assist innovative high tech companies. Sosa was recently elected to create and run New York City's Cyber Center.

Beracha, who helped to establish Israel as a global hub for high-tech innovation and is now ready to expand his business. Beracha's business outlook was reflected in the fund. Beracha plans to start a Middle Eastern fund for venture capital. He believes that now is the perfect time to invest in the Arab market following the signing of the Abraham Accords by Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is a wealthy and modern city to begin. Ender Ventures or his newest fund is the idea of Ender Ventures. This fund will help UAE high-tech enterprises that deal with virtual reality and artificial intelligence. The United Arab Emirates offers a unique perspective on business. Due to the low tax rate for business and the law that is business-friendly It is likely to draw numerous companies to its borders in the coming years.

Rami Beracha's challenging Past
While Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path wasn't always easy. Beracha was only a teenager when he joined the army. He was a Paratrooper's Brigade combat soldier and was a participant in the Lebanon War. Rami was part a rescue team sent to help soldiers injured in minefields. The incident occurred shortly after the war had ended. Rami was unfortunate enough to step on a mine hidden beneath his feet, and suffered a severe injured.
The time he spent in rehabilitation hospital was one of the most challenging experiences of his life. He was unable to move, and he fell into despair and depression. All of his dreams to advance his career in the army were lost, and he didn't know who or what he was. Rami recovered from his suffering and found the motivation to continue living even if that required him to give up on his dreams. Rami set out to be more powerful and successful than before his injuries. Rami decided to try new extreme sports. He is now a kitesurfer as well as snowboarding. He has also hiked up Mount Kilimanjaro. He is convinced that his self-confidence and unbeatable spirit from his past is propelling him forward , as he tries to improve himself.
He gives donations and is a volunteer for many organisations and is extremely passionate about helping young men who, like himself, were wounded in combat. Rami was part of a group of wounded soldiers to Nepal in the year 2016 where he was awarded the rank of major. He was promoted to the rank of major within both the Israeli paratrooper ranks, as well as the fire brigades. The dreams of his childhood had come true, despite all the challenges. His story and the passion he has for it is an inspiration for many. Rami didn’t let his injuries hinder her. He kept trying new techniques, learning, and growing until he was more resilient than before.
