Our biggest error is always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations from both sides. We don't try to get inside our partner's mind to find out his expectations. The one thing we do have in common is that our partner is not afraid to expand this expectation gap ..... We don't even need anyone to alert us of the imminent conflict.

There are numerous causes that can cause confusion. Squared personalities are more likely than liberal individuals to communicate poorly, while aggressive personalities might have trouble in coordinating expectations with passive. Humans can be classified into two categories. Certain of us are divided into two groups one of which is self-contained and others feel totally at home. It is true that he may need an accomplice. Absolutely! All true! ... However, he will not be able to live without a suitable partner. He would like to share his life with his love and is determined to make it to the end of his circle.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite aspect of humankind. (No this isn't a the full-circle type that was damaged in delivery). They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their unhappy partner. They will attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them, and will not let go of the concept of living together. The Halves will never compromise their affection for one another. They will gaze at each one another in the same manner from a distance for the rest. They won't settle for something less intimate to fulfill their desire to connect with their other half to create a whole.
A striking differentiator between these two types is the decision to let go of a partner. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise with the whole circle will be dismissed easily by the entire circle. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand redefine the notion of having an chemistry' with their partner to be: 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him properly'.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs in which two "half circle", and a 'full-circle" attempt to create one another, without being aware of their distinct geometrical shapes. The Half smiles and makes two steps forward. The Full finds this unwanted invasion a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfort zone . Even though the Half believes that the Full made an innocent wrong move, and he graciously compensated by taking another step ahead, the Half is more worried and starts to feel irritated. They don't know why but they lack proper terms and are unable to explain the situation. They go to the wrong place. If they had known that one is half and the other is Full it could have saved them ...
While there's no one solution, there are some steps you can adopt.
