Communication issues are a major issue. It is a minefield caused by us. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and concludes with an amazing explosion...
The biggest error we make is always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't attempt to get inside the thoughts of our partner to figure the expectations he has. One thing, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in and he doesn't hesitate to miss an opportunity to widen this expectation gap .... We're not notified by anyone.
There are numerous factors that can lead to miscommunications. People who are squared are more likely than liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and people who are aggressive might have difficulties in coordinating expectations with passive. This is evident - squared can be distinguished from liberal, whereas aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
But what if they are completely different? Imagine to yourself that there's a type of a personality gap which exists, but which is not even noticed by us. There is no one who has noticed it, warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT be a FRAUD! !

We humans are divided into two categories. Some people are 'full-circle', which is a self-contained person who feels completely at home by his own. Yes, he needs an accomplice, yes, that he would like to have a partner and yes he is in perpetual search of the right partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, he can't live without his dream companion until he locates one. After he has found his dream partner, he wants to share his life with his hopefully complete circle - partner.
The other human side is made up of "half-a-circle" kind of people (not to be confused with "half-a-circle") (no this isn't full circles that were damaged during the birth) (see below) ... Yes they require an accomplice They want an ally desperately, indeed, they are always in a constant searching, even religious, for a partner... and , yes, it's on the same scale for national security that they find their perfect partner since they simply cannot survive without one. They are not going to let go of the miserable creature once they find it. In order to make one happy circle, they will almost integrate with the victim... however, do not let them go through the thing of living side by side! The Halves aren't going to compromise their love for each other. They will stare at each other in the same way from a distance for the rest. They won't settle for anything less intimate to meet their need to connect with each other and create a whole.
The choice to let go is an ordinary occurrence. The whole circle will typically be the first to let go of a companion with whom they have lost their chemistry rapidly. The 'half-a-circle' types, on the other hand, will redefine the definition of having chemistry mutually with their partners as 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I can replace him using a suitable upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he made this move by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone . As the Half thinks that the Full committed an innocent mistake and took another step forward, the Half starts to get angry and makes a second step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They cannot describe their hurt and don't know why. The victims could have been spared had they known that the item they're seeking is Half, while the other is fully.
While there isn't any one answer, there are many ways to go about it.
