Playing Five-Card Poker
Some players will fold their hand during each round of betting. This is because the betting is too high for their hand strength or they are unable to hit the cards required to make a strong hand. Any player left in a hand would turn over his/her hole cards to reveal the result. The pot will be won if the best poker hand contains 5 cards. This would be after all bets have been placed and blinds have been removed.

Talking too much is not a good idea. This will give players a glimpse into your personality, and allow them to determine your true playing style. Avoid talking too often as it can distract you, and may cause you to make errors.

Erick Lindgren, the WSOP Player-of-the-Year Erick Lindgren, had to table three events last year but decided to go for the hardest event in order to win his first bracelet. He had to dodge around a lot of players to win the $5,000 Mixed Hold'em title. Easy.

Heads up action - This type of action occurs after a flop. Professional poker players and serious poker players prefer this type of action. Heads up action is simply easier to play. Bluffs and semi-bluffs are successful a higher percentage of the time than in multi-way pots. It is easier to see the strength of your opponent's hands. Often in heads up action, pots can be won with low to middle pairs or even high-card hands.
