* Peranan individu / Pemilik kompetensi :
1.upload carta organisasi khusus(kedudukan jwtn sendiri)
2.pilih carta fungsi unit sendiri
3.pilih senarai undang2 berkaitan kerja sendiri
4. Isi aktviti bagi fungsi( proses kerja,upload carta alir kerja,senarai semak)
5.pilih senarai borang berkaitan kerja sendiri
6.pilih senarai jawatankuasa berkaitan kerja sendiri
7. Hantar myportfolio untuk disahkan dan diluluskan

info tambahan lain2 :
* untuk carta organisasi, sila upload satu saja carta. Carta organisasi yang menunjukkan jawatan sendiri. upload dalam bentuk jpeg/png saja. means kne guna paint, bulatkan jawatan sendiri and then save as jepg/png then baru upload.
* untuk carta fungsi, pilih carta fungsi sendiri. unit apa yang berkaitan kita. kita termasuk di bawah unit apa. klik dekat checkbox tepi unit2 berkenaan, then sila tekan SIMPAN. jika mahu lihat semula yang kita dah pilih, boleh pergi semula ke Carta Fungsi, then lihat, unit yang berwarna kuning, ialah unit yang kita pilih. unit yang bewarna kelabu, bukan kita pilih.
*pilih senarai undang2 yg berkaitan dengan kerja kita. ada banyak senarai undang2, andai kata tak sure, apa. boleh search dann lihat berkenaan apa. Contohnya kskv dan eksa, for sure memang semua kne tick. bila dah tick mana yg berkenaan. Sila tekan SIMPAN.
* Aktiviti bg fungsi ialah bermaksud kerja2 guru di jawatan sekarang. Contoh akan diberikan di bawah. boleh copy saja mana yang berkaitan. Andai kata dekat contoh untuk gpk 1, bermaksud dekat kv ialah TPA.
* pilih senarai borang yang berkaitan kerja kita sendiri. tekan tick checkbox and the tekan SIMPAN.
*pilih senarai jawatankuasa yang berkaitan kerja kita . Tekan tambah, pilih tick dekat checkbox, and the pilih kita sebagai AJK apa. Tekan Simpan bila dah siap.
* bahagian perakuan ialah bahagian di mana dokumen yang kita dh lengkapkan akan dihantar untuk disah dan diluluskan. Pastikan semua tatus dikemaskini. Jika terpapar tiada maklumat, bermaksud kita tidak SAVE dan perlu buat semula. Tick checkbox pengesahan dan tekan Hantar.
