We thought that it would take a while off, but Mojang has announced that Minecraft 1.19 is now available for download. If yurock are interested in playing an beta version that isn't yet released, it is possible. The first test snapshot for 1.19 is now available for Minecraft: Java Edition Players and lets you enter the Deep Dark and meet the Warden.
The official website provides more information about how to install the snapshot. However there's no ability to open old worlds. You'll need to create a new world and it is unlikely that you'll be able to transfer any worlds that were in the experimental snapshot into future versions.
This snapshot isn't complete with all features that are planned for 1.19, also called the Wild update. However, it does include the Deep Dark biome and the Ancient City biomes, as in addition to sculk blocks and the swift sneak enchantment.
When you begin to play with the new features, though, bear in mind that this is an 'experimental' snapshot. This means that these systems are still in development, and any feature will be subject to major changes.
