In 1994, Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in "Universal Market Association" that specialized in the production of oil and metal marketing all over the world. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration a year later, where he served as the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun's professional career started in 1994 when he got appointed as the Kazakhstan Regional Manager for the "Universal Market Association". This organization is focused on the production of oil in Kazakhstan and marketing metals worldwide. The following year, he joined Trans Commodities Inc. as its CIS countries manager.

In the year 1997 He was appointed the General Manager of Moscow office of Trans Commodities from the USA, keeping on working in the international metal business. From 1998 until 2004, he served as an officer on the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This international rated company produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes every year. In close collaboration with the Honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works he has been actively involved in trade of the products of the factory in Moldova since 2004.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company which is one of the biggest natural gas producers and exporters in the world was involved in an significant energy project being undertaken by the Moldovan government in the year 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun was the founder of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company" and also the General Manager.

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in various areas of business within the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's the fiduciary shareholder and President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" The company is Moldovan oldest and most renowned factory, which produces food products like mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar sunflower seed oil, Halvah, etc.
