Grinshpun started his career in the business world in 1994, as an Regional manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association". It was a company that concentrated on the marketing and production of metals. One year later the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Incoration, and was able to hold the post of CIS Countries Manager. Grinshpun began his business career in 1994, working as the Regional Manager of Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association", which focused on oil production and marketing of metals across the globe.
