We make the biggest error of thinking that we are in complete alignment with our partners' expectations. We're almost always completely in sync with our counterpart, minus one thing : he doesn't overlook the chance to widen this expectation gap . We don't even need anyone to warn us about the upcoming conflict.

There are many causes for confusion, and many of them are related to our personality. Square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with people who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may struggle to align their expectations and those of passive individuals. It is simple to recognize because we all know what squared is.
However, what if they are very different and they don't recognize it. There is a personality gap between them that exists however, we aren't aware about it. No one has ever detected it, warned others about it, studied it...NOT FREUD! !

Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to an entirely different kind of personality The FULL and Half Circle people! !
Note - A behavioral guidance when reading the coming analysis look for which personality describe you best and at the same time attempt to determine who your partner in life is. You might be shocked to find that your personalities differ. Like Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not exactly the same." It's a positive sign since it could mean that you've found the root cause of of your divergences. If you're the opposite type I'm sorry to not help you understand the reasons your relationships look like a mess.

Two types of people are human. Some people are 'full-circle' who are a self-contained person who feels completely at home being all by his own. It's true that he wants to be with someone, and he's in search of one. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... He is still able to survive without his dream partner. Once he's found the one he wants, he would like to live the rest of his life, shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.
The "half a circle" people on the other side need a partner. They will not let go after they've found their unhappy partner. They'll try to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. The Halves will never compromise their affection for one another. They will gaze at each other in the same way from the distance for the rest. Only intimate relationships satisfy their need to connect to one another and create an entire.
An interesting observation between the two types of people is the decision to let go of a partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner with whom they have lost chemistry very quickly. Half-circles on the other hand will redefine the notion of having an chemistry' with their partner to be: 'I'm hanging the B..ST..RD. until I can replace him properly'.

Imagine a dance in which two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to make their partner feel happy. But, the Half is able to move two steps ahead of the safety zone. This unexpected invasion into his personal space is a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he accomplished this by forcing the Half out of his comfort zone . While the Half thinks that the Full committed an error that was not his fault and responded with a step forward the Half starts to get angry and makes a second step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. The Full and the Half are aware of the reason, but they lack proper language. They can't properly explain their frustration, and so they search for the wrong things. The victims could have been saved if they had known that the item they're looking for is Half while the other is fully.
While there is no one conclusion, there are several ways to go about it.
1. Find out who you are as a person.
2. Find out more about your friend
