Thinking process and key considerations:
1. Opponents n15 and below seems easy to three-star by our Th9, so I asked our Th10 to take care n1-n14.
2. For our Th10, Cd, Java and Thomas don't have both heros, so they clean Th9.
3. Th9 to take of n15 to n27.
4. The bottom five TH9 (Aryan, Ryan, Bailey, Ridha, AK X Smasher) are not to attack n26 and below in the first 8 hours. After 8 hours, they are to clean from bottom up.
