Communication issues are a major issue. It's a danger zone and is entirely our mistake. It's a matter of seconds after the first interaction with someone and concludes with an amazing explosion...
The biggest error we make is always assuming complete alignment in expectations from both sides. We don't try to pick out our partner's mind to find the expectations he has. There is one thing which we are in total agreement with our partner on the other hand - he never misses an opportunity to widen this expectation gap .... We have not been notified by anyone.

There are many causes for communication issues, and the majority of them stem from our personality. People with square personalities are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. Aggressive personalities may struggle to align their expectations with passive personalities. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive can be distinguished from passive.
But, what is the likelihood that they're so different and they don't realize that. Think of the personality gap. This isn't something any person has ever investigated or even discovered. !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen to an entirely new kind of personality we all have the FULL CIRCLE characters versus those of the HALF-CIRCLE individuals. !
Note : This is a the guidance for your behavior. After reading the following analysis, try and discover which you are the most like in your character. In addition, try to figure the person who your partner in real life is. If you discover that you're different types that you can be satisfied. It could be the reason for the differences you have. If, on the other hand, you are similar to one another and you're not sure why, I'm sorry to say that I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships are the same thing...

Two kinds of human beings are there. Some of us can be divided into two groups: some are self-contained, while others feel completely at home alone. He does want to connect with other people and, the truth is, he's always on the lookout for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! It's true! ... However, he will have to live without the perfect partner until he finds one. He wants to spend his entire life with his partner, and he is hopeful to make it to the end of his circle.

The other aspect of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types - (no, it's not full circles that got damaged during the birth) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... It's true, they need an accomplice, yes, they want an ally desperately, yes, they're constantly searching, even religious, for a new partner... and , yes, it's as important in terms of national security to locate their ideal partner as they simply cannot survive without one. They will not let go of the savage creature after they have found it. To form a happy circle, they almost integrate with the victims... But do not let them go through the bullshit of living side-by-side! They'll not be compromising on being able to stare at each others for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate will fulfill their desire to be integrated with one another and form an entire.
A striking distinction between these types is the decision to let go a partner. The full circle will naturally let go relatively quickly from an individual he no longer has the chemistry of. Half-circles however they will redefine the concept of 'having mutual chemistry with their partners' to be - 'im hanging on to this B..ST..RD, , until I can safely replace him using a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place in the moment a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" are trying to be their partner, without being aware of their differing geometries. The Half makes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full who find this unexpected invasion into his own personal space a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he took half of his comfortable zone .... and as the Half was convinced that the Full made an innocent mistake The Half starts to get annoyed and makes another step in the opposite direction. They don't know why, but they aren't using the correct terminology and can't describe it. So they go to the wrong areas. They could have saved their own lives by knowing that one half and one is Full.
Although this essay is not meant to be a complete guideline, there are some steps you could take.

1. Find out who you are.
2. Find out who is your partner
3. Be aware of the differences.
3. Respect the different!
One thing to remember is to live and enjoy life.
