Mr. Grinshpun started out in the business world in 1994. He was Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which was specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals throughout the world. One year later the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Incoration and held the position of CIS Countries Manager. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his career in 1994 as a Regional Manager in Kazakhstan for the "Universal Market Association" which focused on marketing and production of metals across the globe. In the year following, he joined Trans Commodities Inc., and was appointed to the post of CIS Country Manager.

In 1997, he became the General Manager of Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This enabled him to continue working in the steel industry internationally. From 1998 until 2004, he was a member on the Board of Directors of Directors at the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is a highly rated steelworks that produces more than 1 million tonnes of goods each year. Since 2004, he has worked closely with the honorary president at the JSCC Moldova Steel Works to promote the sale of products produced by the steel plant in Moldova.
