He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration within a year, where he held the position of CIS countries manager. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his the business world in 1994, working as a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" that was specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals throughout the world. He was appointed CIS countries manager by Trans Commodities Incoration one year later.

In 1997, he became as the General Manager for the Moscow office of Trans Commodities USA. He is still working in the international metals business. Emmanuil Grinshpun From 1998 until 2004, he served as an official on the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. The company is internationally rated and produces more than 1,000,000 tons annually. Working closely with the Honorary President of JSCC Moldova Steel Works he is active in the trade of products of the factory in Moldova since 2004.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company had been involved in a significant energy project in the Moldovan area in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun was the founder of "ITERA – Moldova Company" and also the General Manager.
