As a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in business activities. The organization was focused on oil production, marketing metals throughout the world and was established by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. The following year the position was transferred to the position of CIS country manager at Trans Commodities Incoration. Grinshpun started out in the business world in 1994, working as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" that was focused on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation, holding the post of CIS countries Manager.

In 1997, he was appointed as the General Manager for the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He continues to work in international business in metals. Emmanuil Grinshpun He was a member of the Board from 1998 to 2004 of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international-rated company that produces over 1,000,000 tonnes of steel products each year. Mr. Grinshpun runs business in various fields of activity in Republic of Moldova.

He is the fiduciary shareholder and president of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" since 1998. This is Moldova's oldest and most renowned factory it produces food products like vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard along with sunflower seed oil and halvah.

Since 2009 - Director, World Class>> Ltd. The representative of "World Class", an international network comprised of fitness centers.

Nowadays Mr. Grinshpun are investing in numerous successful businesses, like the biggest shopping malls, business and contract centers, construction company, law company, brokerage company, broadcasting station, etc.
