It's a big problem when people misunderstand. It's a minefield of our own making. It begins one second after the first interaction with someone and ends with a massive explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, without reason at all, we always assume that we are in complete agreement with both sides' expectations without trying to pick our partner's mind to understand what his expectations of us are. However, there is one thing that we almost always can agree on: he does not miss an opportunity ....to expand the expectations gap. And we don't need anyone to warn us of the upcoming conflict.
There are a variety of reasons for miscommunications. They usually are related to our personas. People with square personalities are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. People who are aggressive may find it difficult to align expectations with passive people. But, this isn't difficult to identify as we are all aware of the difference between squared and liberal, and active from passive.
But, they may not even realize they're so different. It's possible that there exists a gap in their personalities that is not known about. It's never been discovered and has never been reported or investigated by anyone. !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen the new type of personality that we all share with the FULL-CIRCLE persona versus people from the HALF circle! !

Humans are divided into two. Some people are 'full-circle' who are a self-contained person who is completely at home all by him. He requires a companion. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... However, he will have to live without his dream partner until he gets it. When he finds his ideal partner and is ready to spend his entire life with his - hopefully full circle of friends.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite side of humanity. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during delivery). They'll never let go of the idea once they have found their miserable companion. They'll try to physically join their victim into a happy circle. The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to staring at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with another half and create one whole.

A fascinating observation between the types is how they decide to part ways with their partner. The whole circle is likely to be able to let go of a person who has lost their chemistry rapidly. The half-circle type , however, will redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They'll say they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with an upgraded version.
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place when two people, a "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" are trying to be their partner, without being conscious of their distinct geometries: the Half joyfully moves two steps ahead, way past the comfort zone of the Full who finds this sudden entry of his personal space little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by that he took the Half from his comfort zone. Once .... The Half is certain that the Full has made an innocent mistake. When he promptly compensates with another step forward, the Full starts to get angry and take a further, more significant step to the back.. The Half begins to suspect that there is nothing innocent regarding what's happening in this situation and his next step isn't exactly gentle.. the Full.. The Half.. The Half and the Full both are angry at one another. They can understand why, but because they don't have the correct terms to explain their confusion and head to the wrong places. It would be a lot easier for them to live if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
