'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha has created this blog to discuss the business of venture capital. Rami is the co-founder and CEO of Sosa.
Communication issues are a major problem. It's a danger of our own making. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and ends with an impressive explosion...

The biggest error we make is to believe that we're in complete alignment in our expectations of each side without trying to figure out what our counterparts expect from us. One thing which we are in total agreement with our partner on - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to widen this expectation gap .... We don't require anyone to alert us of the imminent conflict.
There are a myriad of causes that can cause confusion. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate than liberal personalities, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble matching their expectations to those of passive individuals. This is easy to identify: we all know what squared is.
What do you think if they're very different and they don't realize that. Imagine that there's a type of personality gap that exists, but we are not aware of. It has never been discovered by anyone and warned of it, or investigated it...NOT even EVER FREUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand-new personality one that we all share. The FULL CIRCLE personalities differ from the HALF CLIRCLE types. !
Rami Beracha
Be aware that this is not a form of behavior guidance. After reading the following analysis, you should try to determine which type of you are the most like in your character. At the same time, try to figure the person who your partner in real life is. If you find that you're different kinds - as Bono song says "we are one but we're different" You should be thrilled because you might have discovered the reason behind many of your differences! If you're the opposite type, I'm sorry I can not help you understand the reasons why your relationships look like crap.
Let's get going...

Humans are divided into two categories. Certain of us are divided into two categories that are self-contained while others feel completely at home. He does need a partner, yes there is a need for a partner and yes he is in constant search for the right partner. Absolutely! It's true! ... However, he will have to live without his dream partner until he gets it. When he finds the right one and has found the right one, he'll be able to enjoy your life with a full circle of companions.

The other group is those who are "half-acircle" kinds. They won't let go of the savage creature once they find it. They'll try to physically integrate with the victim in order to create one joyful circle... and do not give them the pleasure of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves aren't content with anything less than looking at each other from a distance of zero distance for the rest. Only intimacy can fill their need for connection with one another and form an entire.
The choice to let go is a common observation. The entire circle will undoubtedly let go of a partner who has lost their connection quickly. The half-circle types however, will redefine the definition of 'having mutual chemistry with their partner' to be - 'im holding on to this B..ST..RD until I can replace him with a proper upgrade'.
רמי ברכה
Imagine the incredible dance between a "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Problem is, he made the Half move out of his comfortable zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full has made an innocent error, so he makes another step backward.. However, the Half quickly gets angry and begins to take the same step.. They know why, but because they don't know the proper terminology they can't adequately explain their confusion and head to the wrong directions. They could have saved their lives by being aware that one is Half and the other one is Full.
There is no single conclusion to this essay but there are a few action items:
1. Find out more about who are
2. Find out more about your partner
3. Recognize that there is a distinction.
3. Respect the distinction!
One thing to remember is to live and enjoy life.
