'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha is the writer for this blog. This blog is all about venture capital. Rami Beracha is co-founder of Sosa.
Communication issues are a major problem. It's a danger zone, which is our fault. It starts a second after the first contact with a person and ends with a stunning explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations from both sides. We don't attempt to read the thoughts of our partner to figure out his expectations. We're usually fully in agreement with our partner except for one thing that he does not overlook the chance to expand this gap . We are not alerted by anyone.
Rami Beracha
There are many potential causes of miscommunications. Most are due to differences in our personalities. The square personality is more likely to not communicate with those who are liberal. Affirmative personalities may have trouble aligning their expectations with those of passive personalities. However, this is not difficult to identify - we all know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.
What if they're completely different? They'll not be aware of it. There is a personality gap between them that exists yet we do not know about it. It has not been found, reported on, or investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduced you to a new kind of personality that we all have: the FULL CIRCLE versus the HALF CIRCLE types! !
Note : This analysis is intended to provide behavioral guidance. After reading this analysis, you will be able to determine which personality describes you best. It is also possible to determine your spouse in your life. If you realize that you're distinct types that you can be content. It could be the cause of the differences you have. If you're the opposite type I'm sorry to help you comprehend the reasons why your relationships look like a mess.
Let's start...
There are two types of human beings human beings. Some of us are the "full-circle" types, a self-contained person that feels totally natural to be alone. Sure, he would like to be a part of a group and, yes, he is always on the lookout for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... It is possible to live without the perfect partner. If he can find the right person and has found the right one, he'll be able to live his life with his full circle partner.
The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during delivery). And once they have found the miserable creature, THEY DO NOT LET GO! To form a happy circle, they will nearly join with the victim... but do not let them go through the absurdity of living side-by-side! The Halves will not give up anything less than staring one at the other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. It's impossible for them to be more intimate than that.
Rami Beracha
An interesting observation in these two types: the decision to let a partner go. The whole circle is likely to be able to let go of a person that has lost their chemistry rapidly. The 'half-a circle' type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with an upgrade.
Rami Beracha
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when the "half" and "full" circle try to make each other their partner. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half takes two leaps in the air, way from the comfort space of the Full, who considers the sudden intrusion into his personal space a little too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Problem is, he made the Half move out of his familiar area ...... The Half is aware that the Full has made an error that was not his fault, and the Half takes a second step backwards.. However, the Half is soon upset and begins to take an even bigger and more aggressive step.. They know why but for the lack of proper language and the inability to properly describe their agony and they turn towards the wrong directions! If they had known that one half is half and the other one is Full, it could have saved them ...
Rami Beracha
There is no single conclusion to this essay , but there are a few action items:
1. Find out who you are.
Rami Beracha
2. Find out who your real partner is.
3. Realize the difference.
Rami Beracha
3. Be aware of the differences!
There is only one conclusion.
