Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha created this blog to talk about the subject of venture capital. Rami is also Co-Founder at Sosa.
Miscommunication is a serious problem. It can be a minefield that is our own fault. It begins a second after making contact with another person and then ends with an incredible explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, with no good reason, we almost always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's mind to understand what his expectations from us. One thing is for certain however: our partner doesn't miss any opportunity to increase this expectation gap . There is no one to warn us about the imminent confrontation.
Rami Beracha
There are many reasons for confusion, and many of them have to do with our personalities. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while aggressive personalities might have trouble aligning expectations with passive. This isn't difficult to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.
But, they may not even realize they're different. Imagine that there exists a sort of a personality gap which exists, but we don't know about. It has never been discovered or warned about it, nor investigated it. !
Rami Beracha
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a brand new kind of personality that we all share: The FULL CIRCLE versus the HALLF CIRCLE personality! !
Be aware that this is not a form of behavioral guidance. After you have read the analysis, you should try to figure out which persona best represents your personality. Also you should determine who your partner in real life is. If you find that you're of two different kinds, then you should be happy. It could be the cause of many of your differences. If however you're of the same type I'm sorry, but I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships look like shit...

Here we go...
Humans are divided into two categories. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't believe that the need for to have a partner. It's true that he wants to be with someone and he's looking for one. Absolutely! All true! ... He can still survive without the perfect partner. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to live the rest of his life, in a relationship with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.
Others are those who are "half-acircle" kind of people. They will not let go after they've found their miserable lover. They'll try to live with the victim as if were one of them, and will not let go of the idea of living in harmony. The Halves aren't content with anything less than looking at one another from zero distance. They'll never compromise on anything less intimate to satisfy their desire to connect with each other and make a complete.

The decision to let go of someone is an ordinary occurrence. The full circle will typically be able to let go of an individual he no longer has chemistry with. Half-circles, however redefine what having mutual chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able replace them with a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he made this move by removing the Half of his comfort zone . As the Half thinks that the Full has made an error of his own and then compensated with another step forward the Half begins to become annoyed and take a step in the opposite direction.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They can understand the reason, but since they don't know the proper language, they aren't able to adequately explain their rage and go towards the wrong direction. It would have saved their lives if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
Although this essay is not intended to be a comprehensive guideline, there are some steps you can take.
1. Discover who you are.
2. Find out who is your partner
3. There is a difference.
3. Respect that different!

Actually, there is a conclusion that is true: Live and let live.
