It's a big problem when people misunderstand. It's almost like a minefield. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and culminates in an incredible explosion...

Our biggest error is that we assume total agreement in our expectations, without ever trying to understand our partner's expectations. We are almost always fully in agreement with our partner except for one aspect : he doesn't take advantage of the opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . There is no one to inform us about the imminent confrontation.

There are numerous causes that can cause miscommunications. Square personalities are more likely to not communicate with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will be unable to reconcile their expectations and the expectations of passive people. We humans are divided into two. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is totally independent and does not feel like the need for a partner. Yes, he needs a partner, yes he wants a partner, and yes, he's in continuous search of the right partner. Absolutely! All true! ... It is possible to live without his dream partner. When he finds the person of his dreams and is ready to spend his entire life with his - hopefully complete circle of a partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite aspect of humankind. (No it's not a full-circle that was damaged during delivery). When they discover the miserable animal, they will not give up! They'll move to physically integrate with the victim in order to create one joyful circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves don't want to give up anything less than staring at each other from a zero distance for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will satisfy their need to connect to one another and create one whole.

Interesting observation between these two typesof people: the choice to let a partner go. The full circle is likely to release the partner with whom they've lost chemistry with. Half-circles however they will redefine the concept of having chemistry mutually with their partners and say 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD, , until I can safely replace him with a proper upgrade'.

Imagine the most amazing dance, when two "half a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to compete without being aware of their different geometrical shapes. The Half is smiling and takes two steps ahead. The Full considers this unwanted invasion slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He took the Half out of his comfortable zone . Although the Half believes that the Full made an innocent wrong move, and he graciously compensated by taking another step ahead, the Half is more worried and starts to feel angry. They are aware of the reason, but due to lack of proper terminology, they cannot properly explain their frustration and go to the wrong places! They could have escaped if they had known the difference between Full and Half.
While there is no one conclusion, there are a variety of options to take.
