'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha blogs about the venture capital world. Rami Beracha is the co-founder of Sosa.
Miscommunication is a big issue. It could be a dangerous hazard and is entirely our mistake. It begins just a second after coming into contact with a person, and ends with an amazing explosion...
We make the biggest error of thinking we're completely in line with our partners' expectations. One thing is for certain that our partner will not miss an chance to expand this gap . We don't require anyone to alert us of the upcoming conflict.

There are a variety of reasons that lead to confusion, and many of them are related to our personality. People with square personalities are more likely to be miscommunicative with liberals. Affirmative personalities might find it difficult to align expectations with passive people. However, this is not difficult to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

However, what if they are very different, but they do not recognize that. It's possible that there exists a personality gap, which we do not know about. No one has ever detected it and warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
I'd like to introduce you, gentlemen and ladies the new type of personality we have in common: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people from the HALF circle! !
Note – This is the guidance for your behavior. After you have read the analysis, try and discover which you are the most like in your character. At the same time, try to figure who your partner in real life. If you realize that you're different types and you are not satisfied. It could be the reason behind many of your differences. If you're in the same category as me, I'm sorry, but I can't help you understand why your relationships seem awfully terrible.

Here we are...

Two types of people are human. Certain of us are split into two groups that are self-contained while others are completely at home alone. He does need an accomplice, yes, there is a need for a partner and yes he is in perpetual search of a partner. Absolutely! It's true! ... BUT, until he has found his dream partner, he CAN survive without one. When he finds the right person, he will be able to enjoy the rest of his life with his complete circle of companions.
The "half of a circle" individuals on the opposite side have an accomplice. They won't let go once they've found their miserable companion. They will attempt to live with their victim as if were one of them and refuse to give up the concept of living together. The Halves will not give up anything less than staring at each other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate will give them the desire to connect with the other half and create an entire.
A fascinating observation about the two types: the choice to let a partner go. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise within the circle will be let go easily by the entire circle. The half-circle type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with a more effective upgrade.

Imagine a dance in which a half-a-circle and a full circle try to make their partner happy. However, the Half is able to take two steps forward past the safety zone. The unexpected intrusion into the privacy of his own is somewhat scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by removing the Half of his comfort zone . When the Half believes that the Full made an error of his own and then took another step forward, the Half starts to get annoyed and take a step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. They don't know why but they lack proper terms and are unable to explain the situation. They go to the wrong place. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they understood the difference between the half and full.

Although this essay is not meant to be a complete guideline, there are some steps you can take.
Rami Beracha
1. Find out who you are.

2. Learn who your partner is
3. Be aware of the differences.

3. Respect the difference!
actually, one conclusion: Live and let live.
